Pik Lak Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Guidelines

1 General Terms

Pik Lak is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The following general terms apply to the use of this platform:

5 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a set time limit after it is claimed. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• A Wagering Requirement applies to every bonus. You must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are valid only on legitimate personal accounts. Attempting to claim bonuses across multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on Pik Lak:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, any bets placed at those odds will be considered void.
• For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled before the match begins, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Pik Lak is not responsible for any missed bets during live betting due to loss of internet connection.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through match fixing or other dishonest means will result in permanent account closure.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pik Lak and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in hacking.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Pik Lak may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification fails or incorrect information is provided.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the user requests account closure themselves.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any verified balance will be refunded (excluding bonuses).
